First Annual Highschool Preparation Clinic
We’re excited to announce our first-ever High School Prep Clinic — a hands-on, invitational-style session hosted by local high school volleyball coaches for middle school athletes eager to experience the next level.
What to expect
Instruction led by high school coaches and current varsity players focused on fundamentals and systems used at the high school level.
Position-specific stations: setters, hitters, defensive specialists/liberos, and middles.
Team concepts: serve-receive patterns, basic offensive systems, transition offense/defense, and communication.
Live drills and controlled scrimmages to apply new skills in game-like situations.
Feedback and brief Q&A with coaches about expectations, training habits, tryouts, and how to prepare for high school play.
Who should attend
Middle school athletes (rising 7th–9th graders recommended) who want an introduction to high school-level volleyball.
Players of all current skill levels who are curious about tryout preparation, role expectations, and what coaches look for.
