First Annual Highschool Preparation Clinic

We’re excited to announce our first-ever High School Prep Clinic — a hands-on, invitational-style session hosted by local high school volleyball coaches for middle school athletes eager to experience the next level.

What to expect

  • Instruction led by high school coaches and current varsity players focused on fundamentals and systems used at the high school level.

  • Position-specific stations: setters, hitters, defensive specialists/liberos, and middles.

  • Team concepts: serve-receive patterns, basic offensive systems, transition offense/defense, and communication.

  • Live drills and controlled scrimmages to apply new skills in game-like situations.

  • Feedback and brief Q&A with coaches about expectations, training habits, tryouts, and how to prepare for high school play.

Who should attend

  • Middle school athletes (rising 7th–9th graders recommended) who want an introduction to high school-level volleyball.
